Possibilities of objects linear speed measurement on production lines
Dobiáš Š.
pages 58 - +5p, full text

This paper reports linear speed measurement on production lines. In general it is a non-electrical physical quantity measured in the real time. Although the linear speed measurement is much more difficult than angular speed measurement, it is sometimes necessary to do that (e.g. in object chaining, dividing line control, pressing line control, etc.). There are a lot of methods how to measure the linear speed. Some of them are shown in this article. The special attention is given to the correlation method.
