The gears mesh stiffness and transmission error are assumed as functions of gears tooth kinematics imperfection under transmitted load, which take into account relative unloaded tooth errors, load deflections and tooth profile modification. The performed analysis proved that the mesh load very significantly influence the contact ratio and internal excitation in gears and must be taken into account in advanced geared system dynamic application.
