Diagnostics based on monitoring of response changes in relation to operation load is a method determination of residual service life of building structures, state estimation and service optimisation. The goal of this paper is development of the methodology, oriented on the continual evaluation of the probabilistic characteristics of dynamic response of structure like autocorrelation function. This evaluation deals with step by step integration of absolute values of differences response values at separate of paints in time .
