The paper is devoted to the problems of rolling forces and moments analysis at weldless tube rolling. A lot of roll breaking on the pilger mill arised by rolling on the Mannesmann rolling mill VÍTKOVICE at the last time. Large measurements of rolling forces and moments were realized by rolling of wide range of weldless tubes. The results of measurements were used to the analysis of loading of pilger mill and to the search for the precaution to the reduction of number of roll breakings.
