Nowadays typical trend apart of others is wider application of electronic components and parts inside vehicles construction. The main objective of this is on one hand to increase sub-measures of technical performances, dependability, economy as well as safety and comfort for customer. On the other hand to decrease risk imposition and life cycle costs for instance. This tendency has not avoided the military vehicles. The electronic application does not influence only the technical performances of vehicles but and this is more important also the dependability. Finally it may happen that the dependability might be influenced both in positive and negative way. Method presented bellow is created for failure effects criticality analysing as well as failures of vehicles systems analysing.
