Technological problems prediction of glass forming in pre-manufacture stage

The paper deals with the problem of numerical simulation of glass forming cycle, particularly of glass pressing. The virtual model for monitoring of glass forming cycle is described. The computational analysis is based on fully coupled thermo-mechanical strategy using staggered solution scheme. The approach to prediction of technological problems already in pre-manufacture stage is introduced.
