Papers (Proceedings)

The Scientific Committee of EM2026 invites authors to register on the conference website and submit a 4-page paper in DOCX or LaTeX format via the "Paper" section of their user profile (accessible after logging in). The submission deadline is February 13, 2026. Contributions should follow the provided author guidelines.

If you are unable to submit your contribution through the conference website due to file size limitations, please contact the organizing committee to arrange an alternative file transfer method.

Authors intending to present multiple papers at the conference should contact the organizers at em2026@engmech.cz.

By submitting their papers, authors acknowledge and agree to adhere to the publication ethics of the conference.

Presentations

Each paper presentation will be allocated 20 minutes, including time for discussion and transitions between speakers. Every lecture room will be equipped with a standard setup of a computer and data projector. If you require any additional or non-standard equipment, please kindly contact the Conference Secretariat.

The allotted space for a poster will be approximately 0.95 × 1.15 m (width × height). Only a limited number of posters is available.
