Experimentally investigated pressure pulsation downstream of the control valve cone is presented here. The valve with the mufflers and the flat bottom is compared with the valve of original design. The new type of control valve for the supercritical stat of steam is developed. The experience from the operation of valves with the muffler is implicated.
