CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

The fee for the conference consists of the registration fee and accommodation costs. The registration fee is 8200 CZK (333 EUR) and must be paid by April 12, 2024. This fee includes: organisation and publication costs, printed conference proceedings, conference meals (coffee breaks, lunches, dinner and the conference banquet), and a special conference bus service from Žďár nad Sázavou to the conference hotel and back.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be available in the hotel ‘OREA Resort Devět Skal’ (conference venue) in single or double rooms. Participants are kindly asked to do their reservation directly at the webpages of the hotel using this link (which contains promo code "em2024"). Such reservations are to be paid directly at the hotel. Hotel reservations must be made by April 20, 2024 - free cancellation is possible until May 13, 2024. The accommodation costs do not include parking fees. The parking fee is 100 CZK/car/day or 30 CZK/car/hour.

Payment of the conference registration fee must be made by bank transfer within the specified deadline. The necessary data for the bank transfer are available in the user profile. In the case of participant’s absence, the fee will not be remitted but a substitute can be sent. In case of doubts or special wishes, please feel free to contact us.

Conference Fee for Accompanying Persons

The conference fee for accompanying persons is 136 EUR (3333 CZK) plus the accommodation costs. It covers meal costs, including the conference banquet, and the special conference bus service.
