Analysis of restitution processes of cardiac cells on changes of gating parameters

This paper deals with analysis of restitution processes, which proceed in cardiac cells. These processes are difficult to analyse experimentally. An effective implement to their analyse is computational modelling. The used model is based on the publication by Luo and Rudy (1994). The basic aim of this paper is create restitution curves for various cells of myocard (human, guinea-pig etc.) and find out membrane current with the biggest influence on their restitution processes. Finally, by changes of membrane channels parameters for time depending currents (lN~ lCa, Ix, lNacaJ investigate the differences between courses of restitution curves.
