An analytical solution is derived from an approximation of the 2D thin plate model. At first approach the model is described by Kirchhoff and Rayleigh model, then by Timošenko Midlin model for orthotropic viscoelastic continuum defined by various model (at present by Voigt-Kelvin, later by Zenerstandard and heredital materials).
